Job Title: Account Executive FT or PT
Department: Business Class Services Sales
Reports To: Sales Director
Compensation: Base + Commission + Benefits
Work Location: Monrovia and Arcadia, CA

SUMMARY:

The Account Executive is responsible for selling business solutions (Internet, Telephone and TV services) to small businesses in Arcadia and Monrovia and adheres to the responsibilities below.

COMPANY PROVIDES:

  • Base salary plus aggressive commission plan. Total compensation of up to $60k/yr.

  • Sales Leads depending on availability

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Learn the companies sales packages, policies and procedures
  • Successfully meet and exceed your sales quotas
  • Present sales opportunities to individuals and/or business groups
  • Assist with developing local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Maintain account relationship as required
  • Responsible for generate additional leads by participating in prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, follow up on customer referrals, and working with current and new partner relationships
  • Thorough completion of sales orders and reporting of daily sales activity reports
  • Follow-up on scheduled appointments or leads as required
  • Attend sales training, department meetings and sales events as requested
  • Follows and adheres to supervisor's direction and business requests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Must pass standard drug and background screen
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday and some weekends
  • Have previous B-to-B sales experience. Telecommunications industry preferred but not required
  • Have excellent communications and speaking skills with a complete command of English. Ability to speak Mandarin a plus but not required
  • Have reliable transportation to travel to and around Monrovia and Arcadia as required
  • Own mobile phone to process orders and follow-up on prospect calls (stipend available see above)
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude and upbeat nature
  • Have excellent follow-through, organizational skills and persuasive negotiating skills
  • Possess and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient with a personal computer to generate reports or documents
